The Ankorr Level 1 course is a fun day, but please be ready to train, as the course is highly interactive and we will all be sweating and hurting!

ZUU SESSION:
This course includes a free ZUU session before Ankorr course start. Highly recommended that you attend to learn the moves and understand the origins of Ankorr.
